We have properties that are specifically well suited for the seniors who migrate to Florida during the winter months. We know most often what the seniors look for is a clean, safe, well appointed accommodations that can sleep 2 people in a comfortable suite type bedroom with a king sized bed, TV in bedroom, reading areas, walk in closet and a patio. One of the other consideration is a ground floor unit that has parking space right in the front. We have picked certain properties in each resort that are especially well suited for a seniors rental.
